How To Return An Item: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless it was damaged when received. You must return the item within 20 days of your purchase. If your item was lost, a gift card will be sent via email as a one time courtesy in the amout of your purchase minus shipping costs.  I Saw Visions does not cover return shipping costs, that is the responsibility of the consumer. A store credit minus 10% of the original product price will be given after the return has been received, assessed and processed. A gift card in the eligible amount will be sent via email.

#.2. Mail your returned item to I Saw Visions, 60 N. York Rd, Willow Grove PA 19090. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original purchase transaction sent via email.

Return Exceptions: Items can not be returned if they are opened. This includes ALL ITEMS. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your gift card amount. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges: If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item of equal or lesser value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
